Welcome to Sixpence Weddings, I’m Yvonne and I’d like to say ‘hello’ and ‘congratulations!’ (as I guess you’re either here looking for information on planning a wedding, or have realised it’s so much easier to have some help!)

I’ve been planning weddings in Scotland now since 1997, and over those years I’ve built up a wealth of expertise and experience in all things ‘wedding’, and it’s my passion to make sure each and every one of my couples has the best wedding day that they possibly can!

I like to think I’m wise enough to get things just right, and young enough to have some fun along the way.  Weddings are meant to be fun. Right?!

The problem of course is that they can also be stressful and time consuming to plan and organise, and that’s where I come in.  Whether it’s simply trying to find top quality, reliable wedding suppliers, getting some help and inspiration for your big day, having someone there on the day to ensure it all goes like clockwork, or to have someone there every step of the way (and beyond) to call upon… then I’m here.
